The real problem
You know what you’re supposed to do.
That’s probably not the problem.
You can manage deadlines, patients, a company, a team, a family and everyone else’s needs. But food, your weight or your body can still feel like the one area you have not quite figured out.
Maybe you have lost significant weight but are terrified of regaining it. Maybe a GLP-1 quietened your appetite, but you are wondering what happens if hunger or food noise comes back. Maybe you are smaller but still do not feel strong or confident. Or one imperfect meal still has the power to make you question an otherwise successful week.
You do not need another generic meal plan. You need a strategy sophisticated enough for the life you are actually living.
One personalised strategy
The InsideOut Fit Method
The goal is not to make your life fit another diet. It is to build nutrition, training and behavioural skills that keep working when life is busy, imperfect and changing.
Nutrition
Enough structure to create results. Enough flexibility to have a life. Your strategy is built around your appetite, schedule, preferences, training, health and goals.
Strength
Weight loss can make you smaller. Training helps build strength, muscle, capability and an athletic body you feel confident living in.
Behaviour
Perfectionism, emotional eating, all-or-nothing thinking, body checking, fear of regain and the Monday restart: we work on the patterns underneath the plan.
GLP-1 nutrition support
Support adequate nutrition, strength, muscle preservation and behavioural skills that remain useful if medication, dose, appetite or circumstances change.
Medication initiation, dose changes and discontinuation decisions belong with your prescribing clinician.
Successful everywhere else. Why does this still feel so hard?
High performers often bring the exact mindset that made them successful into nutrition: more discipline, higher standards, more control and no mistakes.
Nutrition does not reward perfectionism particularly well. A missed workout becomes a failed week. Dinner out becomes “I’ve blown it.” A scale increase becomes restriction. Stress becomes eating. Then guilt creates even more control.
My job is not to lower your ambition. It is to help you stop using strategies that turn ambition against you.
