Hi, I’m Astrid 👋

I know what it feels like to try every diet, work out harder, and still feel stuck. For years, I went through the same cycle—losing weight, regaining it, and feeling frustrated.
The breakthrough came when I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on sustainable nutrition and food freedom. That shift not only transformed my own life, but also inspired me to help others do the same.
With a Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetic Practice and years of experience coaching women worldwide, my mission is simple: to give you a personalized plan, real accountability, and the confidence to finally achieve lasting results.
